Mary is eating A WHOLE loaf. (Mary está comendo um pão inteiro/todo). É incorreto dizer "Mary is eating all a loaf".
* Para substantivos incontáveis (uncountable nouns), use ALL (OF):
She's drunk ALL OF THE WINE. (NOT THE WHOLE WINE). - Ela bebeu todo o vinho.
